There was no need to introduce Kaguya and rob Zetsu of the spotlight. She is the source of the whole conflict and the biggest threat faced by the heroes though Isshiki Ōtsutsuki surpasses her in the sequel. Pain had a good start-murdering the main characters master both of them destroying the main characters villageleader of a worldwide terrorist organization. There was no build up to her existence she came out of nowhere and hijacked the plot.

In just naruto i got to give it to black zetsu as the most garbage villain. I got through a bijillion chapters reading this stupid ninja war. Everything was building up to Madara to be the final villain of the manga and then Kishi just says screw it and throws this random person that no one cares about into the story at the 11th hour.

Orochimaru- Established himself very quickly as a cruel and manipulative villian. This is actually the other way around. I dont consider Kaguya a villain because she was only there for like 20 chapters.

But his entire character was ruined. While Sumire Kakei is the first major antagonist of the Boruto. Acting as a friendly pal to the young ninja Mizuki encouraged Naruto to steal a scroll with forbidden jutsu in order to pass his exam.

There was no build up to her. Madara was a random relic of the past with no connection what so ever to the main character. If we include boruto then Isshiki is the worst villain in the entire franchise.

Many people say that the worst character is Kaguya Obito Sakura Tenten etc. Is one of the worst villain in anime. Apparently he wrote all of history which is bullshit and he stabbed madara fuck this guy.

The final antagonist of the Naruto franchise was not revealed until very late in the anime and mangas runs but her influence over the series was undeniable. Kaguya flopped because Kishimoto tried to make a villain more powerful than Madara and he succeeded but because of how powerful she was and how little time he had his only option was to give them such obvious plot armour that it was toxic. However I personally believe that the worst character in this manga is none other than Black Zetsu.
